Douglass Colony Group has partnered with Homes for our Troops, a national non-profit organization that provides homes at NO COST to the Veterans that have selflessly served our country and have returned home with serious disabilities and injuries since September 11, 2001. Building specially-adapted, handicap-accessible homes, these injured servicemen and servicewomen have the opportunity to regain their independent lifestyles they once enjoyed. Participating in local Colorado home building projects, Douglass Colony Group donates building materials and professional labor hours at no cost. In recent projects, Douglass Colony Group assisted with the roof and solar installations, thus enabling the homes to achieve a LEED certification! We look forward to partnering with Homes for our Troops on current and future projects and giving back to the service men and women who fought so vigorously for our country‘s freedom.
